• Classes are given on an individual basis.

• Students may purchase tools, supply their own tools or rent tools from the studio

• Beginners paying tuition must supply their own consumables. Ie: glass, grinders, foil, lead and chemicals.

• You may begin anytime.

• The first class will be 1 ½ hours long. Once you start cutting out your pattern you have 3 months to finish your panel. If you finish before the 90 days is up you can start another project with out paying for studio time or tool rental.

• If you extend over the 90 day time period you will be charged storage fees and or studio time and tool rental. If you are making a reasonable effort to finish you will not be charged the above.

• This is an open studio. You can start anytime and come as often as you like. Studio hours are MWF 10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 a. m. – 5:00 p.m., Saturday and Sundays are available and late nights on Monday and Wednesday. If this does not suit your schedule talk to me we are flexible and willing to work it out!

• After completion of your first project, if you wish to continue using the studio you may rent studio time and tools. No storage fees will apply as long as you are showing up and working.

Storage Fees	$30.00 a month

Tuitionincludes tool rental, studio time storage and my instruction. You will have personalized instruction. I work with everyone on an individualized basis. It does not include, glass, grinders, or any other materials that will go out the door with you.

Tool Rental includes all the tools in the studio with the exception of a grinder. If you break a saw blade the first time we split the cost including the shipping. The second time you pay for the blade and shipping cost.

Pattern preparation includes creating a stained glass pattern using photos, bringing a doodle or picture and my creating a numbered pattern. I do not draw and am not artistically inclined when it comes to drawing. I am however willing to work with you to create what you need and capable of manufacturing stained glass patterns.

For those who wish to have your panels installed into an existing window bring in the exact dimensions of the hole, no allowances and we can make a panel to fit in your window.

Restrictions on Beginners

1. First projects may not have beveled glass, jewels, glass globs or crystals.
2. First projects may not be three dimensional. Windows only no boxes or lamps.
3. All projects are tiffany foil method.
4. First projects must have at least 100 pieces. We recommend 150 – 250. If desired, first projects may have as many as 500 pieces. That is still reasonable enough to finish in the allotted time.
5. When finished, projects may not be taken home until I can get a picture for the Studios photo album. I want to show off your work!!

Legalities

• No refunds on tuition, services or deposits.
• All glass, tool and supply sales are final.
• Projects and property left over 30 days without prior arrangements or agreements will be considered abandoned and become property of Windyn Enterprise. We can dispose of properly.
• All cutters, saws, grinders and tools will be used at your own risk. Windyn Enterprise is not liable for any injury. Signing this agreement acknowledges and waves any liability of Windyn Enterprise.
